Meet The Team
Simon Wake Managing Director / Owner, started the company on 20th Feb 1989 and has been hands on ever since.
Shelagh Crighton Financial Director/ Owner, joined the business in May 1994 and deals mainly with the contractual and financial side of things.
Emma Myles (nee Gibson) is chief administrator and the friendly voice you will invariably get when phoning. Deals with the day to day running of the office and liases between customers and technicians. Also deals with the insurance and commercial clients. Emma has been running things since Nov 2001
Jim Todd our senior technician, BDMA and CDUK qualified in all aspects of Fire & Flood restoration. Has been with the company since May 1996. Deals mainly with the disaster restoration side of the business, but occasionally keeps his hand in at carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Steven Hunter is our carpet and upholstery cleaning specialist who deals almost exclusively with the domestic side off the business and is skilled in all methods of carpet, fabric and leather cleaning. He is also qualified in fire and flood restoration. Steve has been with us since May 1997.
Kevin Ashworth is a fully qualified auctioneer and valuer who is employed mainly on fire and flood restoration, where he is skilled at not only restoring the item but knowing how much it is worth ! Kevin has been with us since April 1998.
Ian Myles. the youngster in the pack is normally Steve's right hand man but is also qualified in fire and flood restoration. Ian has been with us since Dec 2001.
Craig Ashworth our technical expert who along with his normal restoration duties is also adept at sorting out computer problems and can retrieve the data from fire and flood damaged computers that other can't reach !!! Craig has been with us part time since June 1998.
